Kaneko Kohei Toujou Giyaman Toujou Eggplant Navy Blue Blue 7-inch Plate
"Giyaman" is a foreign word used in the glass from the Edo period to the early Meiji period. The transparent texture like glass and the deep texture reminiscent of lacquer ware are expressed as "Yakimono" and named "Giyaman pottery". It shines as if it were mistaken for glass, and when you cook a dish, the dish looks even better.
"Eggplant Navy Blue" is a Japanese traditional indigo dyed color, and the deep indigo color and chrysanthemum-shaped white lines are reminiscent of glass.
Furthermore, "Nagoya Navy Blue" is also displayed in the super famous brand Paris Main Store, and has been attracting attention from VIPs all over the world to the extent that it is used at the dinner party at the Palace of Versailles.
