[Introduction of the creator]
Usuki ware was started about 200 years ago as a kiln for the late Usuki Domain in the late Edo period, and it is a phantom pottery that has been discontinued once.
In order to rebuild Usukiyaki Ware again, the USUKIYAKI Research Institute is continuing its efforts to make a modern version of Usuki ware based on the little material left behind.
Based on the idea that "a bowl is a picture frame for cooking", the vessels made by extracting natural materials extract the shape of nature in this place bring out the traditional food culture supported by ingredients from the rich sea and mountains of Usuki, organic agricultural products, old-fashioned miso, soy sauce, sake, and other brewed products, conveying the culture, and delivering the vessels that burn the nature and design of this place to other places. It is aimed at adding color to the table of the place.
The product image and the product to be delivered are not exactly the same.
Because they are all handmade, the size, shape, color, pattern, texture, etc. differ from one point to point.
